This dress is all girl! With a tulle overskirt that is covered in close to 3" fabric rosette flowers. There are 3 rows of flowers along the bottom and then a scattering throughout the rest of the dress. Ribbon sash with a ribbon bow and short puff sleeves. Size 0-3 month is approximately 23" long.
